Day 1 Instructions
Next Steps: Calling with Day 1 of your period
It is important to call on Day 1 of your cycle and leave a voicemail with your full name (please spell your last name), date of birth and date your period started, in one of the vm boxes listed below:
- IVF (extension 8117)
- Fertility-Gyne (extension 8064)
- Sasaki patients (extension 1105)
- Spotting is not considered Day 1. Please only call when you have begun a full flow.
- If your period starts on the weekend or after office hours, do not wait until the office is open to call. Follow the prompts and leave a message in the appropriate voicemail box.
- A nurse will call you back to confirm your voicemail was received during regular office hours and advise of you of your next steps.
- If you also need a Hysterosonogram/Femvue (water filled ultrasound) between Day 6-12, a nurse will let our Sonographers know and you will receive a separate call to schedule your HSN/Femvue.
- IVF Patients: You will receive an IVF Checklist through your portal within a week.
